Children & young people
We welcome families to the UK Spring Conference. We expect parents to take responsibility for the supervision of their children throughout the conference unless they are in the crèche sessions. We ask young people under the age of 18 who register to attend without a parent to give the name of an adult who is willing to take responsibility for them while they are at the conference.
It may be possible to arrange a crèche for younger children during some of the Bible readings, but we cannot guarantee this at present. However, rooms and equipment will be made available for parents to use at all times, but they must stay with their children. We will provide more information in due course.
There is likely to be a young people's meeting during the conference. Please see the newsletter for more information.
Location
The conference will be held at:
Yarnfield Park Training & Conference Centre
Yarnfield Lane
Yarnfield

For more information, see our travel directions page, and complete the online form in the By Rail section if you would like to be picked up and/or dropped off at Stone train station.
Arrival and departure
Check-in will be available from 3pm on Monday. On arrival, please collect your room key and name badge from our registration desk.
It is essential that you occupy the room allocated to you and that you do not sleep elsewhere on site for fire safety and evacuation reasons.
Please vacate rooms and return keys to the relevant accommodation office by 10am on the day of departure, including the final day of the conference.
Accommodation and meals
Accommodation is available on site, mostly in double rooms with en-suite, bed-linen, towels and tea and coffee making facilities. Some rooms with additional bed are available for families.
To take advantage of on-site accommodation, please register as soon as possible.
Please make sure that your booking for accommodation and meals is firm. Late cancellations and early departures or other changes to arrangements will cost us non-refundable deposits and fees.
If you must cancel or change your booking, please let us know in good time so that we can liaise with the conference centre.
Bookstall
Chapter Two will provide a substantial range of Christian literature and materials for sale. They will also offer a 10% discount to students on all purchases during the conference.
